The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (“TOU”) governs your use of the Cause and FX Limited (“Cause and FX”) website (“Site”). Any use by you of the site is subject to these terms and constitutes acceptance by you of the then-current TOU.

You are not permitted to use any part of the content of the Site by any means and for any purpose other than viewing on the internet. For the avoidance of doubt, downloading and/or storage (other than temporarily and purely incidental to web browsing or for temporary personal use) of material from the Site is prohibited. This Site is operated in New Zealand by Cause and FX, which is a New Zealand company. The Site, including without limitation all material and information on the Site, are provided “as is” and entirely without warranty by Cause and FX. Your use of the Site is entirely at your own risk. You agree that you shall not make any claim against Cause
and FX for any material on the Site; that in no event will Cause and FX be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or other damages; and that, in any case or circumstance, Cause and FX liability to you will not exceed one dollar.

Privacy – Introduction
In this TOU when we use the term “Personal Information”, it means any information from which your identity is apparent or can be reasonably ascertained. For most users, Cause and FX does not collect any Personal Information. We collect Personal Information only in connection with the recruitment part of our site (“Recruitment Information”). The use of that information is described below. In all cases, we collect Personal Information only by explicitly asking for it on a web form. (The exception is for “session cookies”, which are used to track a visitor only during a single visit to this site.)

We will only use or disclose Personal Information that you have provided to us, or information generated by cookies if:

Recruitment Information
We collect visitor’s Recruitment Information, such as their professional experience, etc., in order to assist us in finding and evaluating people who are interested in working at Cause and FX. This information is collected only via web form on pages where we explicitly ask for information. This information is used by Cause and FX to consider expressions of interest, evaluate potential candidates, and more generally for personnel recruitment purposes. This information is routinely circulated within Cause and FX to people involved in our recruiting process, management, and to others who may be able to assist us in evaluating an applicant.

Use of Personal Information
We do not sell or trade Personal Information. We retain Personal Information for an indefinite period.

Security of Information
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Accordingly, although Cause and FX strive to protect such information, Cause and FX cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online services and you do so at your own risk.
